Looking to join a bhangra team - Beginner- New Jersey

Hi everyone, I had moved to New Jersey from Punjab just 4 months ago to study at NJIT. Now, after getting settled I'm fully prepared to join a Bhangra team of the region to tick-off the long time item from my bucket list. My ultimate goal is to build a Bhangra Team of NJIT after learning enough, from others members of the community, to lead one. I'll be thankful to anyone who can give me this amazing opportunity, and help me out to build a team at NJIT.

Welcome to BhangraTeamsForum (BTF). While it's often difficult starting and establishing a new team, we hope BTF can help you out along a way. There is a wealth of information buried here.

You may want to try contacting the user "shaunak" - maybe you guys can start something fresh in NJ if you don't wish to join any existing teams.

Also, if you perform a Search on BTF using search terms such as: New Jersey bhangra team or NJ bhangra team... then you may come across some topics from the past with information that may help you. Lastly, if you PM the people from those older topics, they may still want to start a team or possibly already have a small team established.
