manny didn't like how the boston organization was treating nor labeling him, so he wanted out ... thats why in a nutshell ... he also felt they did the same with pedro martinez and nomar garciaparra, ad hes pretty darn happy to be back with nomar ... huge catch by the dodgers

Me too. I'm not even a huge baseball fan....but seeing that is gonna be weird. I can't picture it.

Im glad the way boston treated Manny. He is not a professional. I love the guys antics, and I appreciate it all, but if he wasnt belting out 30 hrs and 100+ rbi's a year, the kid would be on the bench because of his attitude. I am all about professionalism in sports. thats why i idiolized Cal Ripken, because he never blew up at reporters and came everyday to play, and play at a high level too...

Everytime Manny did his bullshit, you could see theo epstein cringing... He did help you win the title though, so is Jason Bay his replacement.. HELL NO. I love Jason Bay because he is Canadian, but obviously the management had enough of Manny's bullshit, and so would I. "Manny being Manny?" Yeah, now he's gonna be manny for a .500 ball team... bye bye all all those rings..

I still think the dogers need good ptiching, but this should pull it out for them in the west.

Yea the dodgers need good pitching, I guess 3rd best in the Major Leagues isn't good enough...

Boston can kiss all its future championships goodbye... All Boston needed to do was ride out the last two months and then drop his ass. Manny is the best player on their team and the second best player in the Major Leagues behind Alex Rodriguez... The A.L. east is now a two team race between the Rays and Yankees because the Red Sox were stupid.... As much as I hate the Dodgers, I cant help but laugh at the Red Sox fans for getting totally screwed over... suckers... I just wish they would have traded him to florida, anyone but the hated dodgers... Professionalism in sports is good, but seriously, when you have players like Bonds and Manny, you learn to deal with it... He was the heart of that Boston team, ask anyone who lives in Boston... I have a cousin that goes to BU, he told me the city is in a state of shock... Boston may you suck forever...

The ERA Is dominated by the starting pitchers.. Anybody who knows the least bit about baseball will show you that guys like Chan Ho Park and Falkenborg isnt going to get it done. Probably why they amongst the leaders in blown victories...

The Blue Jays are #2 in pitching. WE have a relief staff that consists of one good pitcher, Scott downs. The dodgers need a relief ptcher, and Broxton is good, but if they could go out and take a BJ Ryan or a more proven pitcher in the playoffs then it would put them above the .500 record they have right now (approx)

Gotta be COMPREHENSIVE buddy. Gotta know your stuff.

Hahaha did anyone watch the Manny video montage on SportsCenter? It's hilarious, especially when he dives for a catch, misses, rolls around on the ground, and then sits up on it looking for the ball.
