Back on BTF sooner than expected :) but proudly presenting our third place performance from Circle City Bhangra! Huge s/o to Nachdi Jawani Joshiley and FAUJ for their well-deserved placings. We would like to thank Circle City Committee for running an amazing competition and giving MBT a late entry into the competition after a team had dropped to help us revive our season and end it on a high note! Thank you to Legitamit and KM for crushing the mix once again, such a pleasure to work with these guys. Please provide your thoughts and feedback on our performances below, good or bad all is welcome and we appreciate it! See you all next fall ;)

Wonderful job MBT!

Quick thoughts:

- I think lighting took away from allowing the creativity to come out in your saap segment.
- 2:52 DAMN! and <3 Jawani Teri!
- Kick into chaal was SICK!
- Loved phumania segment and the drop with the Ludi circle. The presentation of this was an awesome way to make simple choreo hit
- I very much appreciate you guys doing different choreo at the ending jumps. (bicep hits)

Looking forward to what you guys bring next season!

Damn!

Ferozi guy killed it. Green guy much improved since last time I saw him dance. Blue guy and red girl looked like twins, are they related or something?

Execution was solid across the team. 12 is your strong suit.

You guys had a ton of movement, and what I loved was that it was purposeful. But I think you could be smarter with your formations to make them pop more. Cool thing is when you have a ton of movement it always looks like there is more going on then there actually is, but if you use your mechanisms more wisely and space them out, it may add more value. Addition by subtraction.

Another thing, a lot of your segment drops were similar in nature. Fast to slow. Khudney and saaps both ended similarly. Another example, you had one segment jugn drop, one segment luddi drop right next to each other. Fast to slow. Have more variation. Some thing to add more creativity.

Speaking as a former member of the team now. Really proud of all of you! I’ve known Many of you since when you first started dancing, and i can’t tell you how happy I am too see mbt thriving and to see how much all of you improved. Don’t stop! Skies the limit! Shoot for the stars, worst case you land on the moon! Excited to see what you guys bring next year. Don’t forget to up that spice level next year and make it Double dim mak

Go blue!

Wow,
That was some insane Execution and Energy by ALL Dancer. The transitions between formations and Synchronicity was Flawless.
Definitely deserved a placing here and a spot in the Blowout bhangra lineup by really setting the bar high.

Everyone hit it pretty much on the head and from what people said above. Super clean and good execution of Bhangra fundamentals. In regards to the formational aspect of this set. However, I noticed that in this performance your dancers need to execute their formations in the sense of arriving at their spots at the same time. For example if you have people running into two lines, everyone should get to those two lines at the same time. I saw from the green jodi struggle to get into their respective formation at times.

In regards to set design, this was a good set that would consistently get you a third place or fourth at most competitions that have a tough lineup and a first place at competitions that have a weak lineup of teams. The strong point is the execution and form of your dancers. Focus more on the set design aspect so you become a team that is not only known for execution and form, but for the monster set that you bring as well. Since I graduated its always nice to see your old collegiate team continue to thrive. A placing at every competition you guys competed at this year is impressive. Huge improvement from last year, but I want to see a first place trophy at a tough competition from you guys soon!
