+1 to Anik's post above. Managing logistics may be a concern with so many people coming.

Best of luck to Gary and the committee. Hope preparations are going well!

This is a great line up - so many top notch teams :)

At the same time this presents a logistical challenge with 14 teams coming - not just with the show and its length & timing, but with everything involved that weekend going from hotel rooms, to the after party & security, and to transportation (just to name a few). Both the committee and the teams should prep hard: Taking care of over 170* people for an entire weekend as well as competing against them are both difficult tasks. However, I'm sure if the committee does a lot of leg work they can figure out some cool ways to take advantage of so many great teams being together in one place!

Good luck to everyone - this weekend has the potential to be amazing if all the logistics are figured out!

* 14 teams x Approximately 12** dancers per team ~ 170 people (this doesn't include team managers, extra roster members, etc.).

** Some teams going 12, some teams going 8***, some teams going 16, just averaged out to 12 lol

*** Some live teams.
Hello Anik,
We as a committee fully understand and agree with everything you stated above. We do agree that managing 170-200 people is sometimes hard to manage but we feel like we have put together a great team this year to make sure everything go as planned. We really appreciate and are thankful to all the teams in the line up to pick our competition to perform and in return we as a committee will try our very best to make sure we stand up and exceed everyone's expectations.

As far as timing wise we do agree it will be a long show but we have some plans to mix things up a little bit and full confidence in the amount of talent we have in the teams that are in the line up that will definately keep people on the edge of their seats throughout the show!

Transportation should not be an issue as the hotel is 2 mins from the venue and also most of the teams are driving to the competition besides a couple of teams.

After party Venue is also 2 mins from the Hotel which should not result in any transportation issue as well!

As you all will probably agree that getting all these teams together under one roof is pretty rare and we are planning on taking full advantage of that throughout the weekend to make it a weekend to remember not only for the teams but also for everyone associated with the show!

We appreciate all the love and support we are receiving from the Bhangra family who share the same passion and love towards Bhangra and keeping our culture alive as we do as a committee.

Thank You for everything again and Also Thank you for the shout out Daman we really appreciate it and Hope the best to you and your committee for Bhangra Fever as well!
