hey all, thought i'd share our performance from last night with you all...perhaps it'll give some of you premeds hope that you can still continue bhangra after undergrad! only 2 other people besides myself in the group have danced before so it was fun teaching a group of people at our med school who were interested in learning bhangra (mostly non-desi)...mad props to them for learning a 5 min dance over the course of ten 1.5 hr practices!

we gave credit to all for the music, choreo inspiration (a few things we had some vcu/nj inspiration ~ ), costumes etc...

thanks to Manu, Harnoor, and Jasprit from Wolverine Bhangra for tying our paggan and the girls' chunnis...they literally gave up their entire saturday evening so a BIG thank you to them! Manu ties the sickkesssst paggan (there's a reason why this kid's teams always win the Best Dressed awards!!!!) and the chunnis were flawless!
