Hi guys we have a team down in Melbourne, Australia (Federation of Bhangra) and we need to get a mix done up.
Basically I have all the cuts and edits done up in Acid Pro 7. I would then send the whole file to you and I would ask the following:
1. Adding background beats and track overlays to improve the mix.
2. Mastering and EQ of the mix.
3. Fixing up certain transitions.
4. Inputting some creative ideas into the intro and final and perhaps even adding a longer interesting break in one of the transitions to give the dancers some breathing time.
It is a 7.5 minute mix approximately.
The person would have to make the mix and then I imagine there would be some back and forth via email to fix things up (we can also talk via skype to make things easier).
We need this done in about 4 weeks and by this weekend I would transfer the file across to you. I have done a lot of mixing myself and worked with DJ's so I would make the feedback and refining stage very clear and as painless as possible.
If you are interested can you please email (do not PM as I do not regularly check BTF) on whatareyousendingme@gmail.com with your price and perhaps a sample of what you have mixed in the past. I can decide over the next couple of days.
