Mosque Building Controversy In Atlanta!!

So in a suburb of atlanta called lilburn these people are protesting the zoning and rebuilding of a mosque near there neighborhood.

Looks like a Shia mosque, I wonder what the guy was talking about with the blood? Was it about the slaughter of a goat or something or from the self flagellation during Ashura? From the video it seems the main complaint is that they don't want a cemetery built along with the mosque, that is probably just an excuse for their prejudices though.
