Awesome, touching movie. Very well put together and SRK did an excellent job. I just hope the people in India/Pakistan don't get a wrong impression on the mass population of America.

I saw this last night, i thought this movie wasn't that great. There were some good parts, but I feel like Johar made it over dramatic. If the plot was a little bit tighter, this movie would've been better. But theres so much he covered all the good stuff kinda got lost, in my opinion. Tere naina song rocked my socks though.

I haven't seen it yet, but the trailer doesn't seem too appealing to me. However, I am definitely going to watch it for a few good reasons: SRK/Kajol jori chemistry is back on screen after a LONG time and the music is some of the best this season till date...Tere Naina, Noor-e-khuda, and Sajdaa...

I'll probably give a more detailed review once I watch it...but I'm not surprised about the mixed reviews! haha

I saw it last night and I think the first 2/3 of the movie was pretty good but then it just got out of hand after that - it was just so beyond the what I thought was believable...even for a Bollywood flick. I'd call it a combination of I am Sam, Forrest Gump, among others.

Shahrukh Khan did an awesome job, and I heart Kajol, but the movie was strictly theek thaak! See it if you're free, but no need to go out of your way to catch it!

SRK did a nice job throughout the film... best dialogue: "can we have sex now?...right now..." loloolol

and, as mentioned above, the story line was alright... nothing "extraordinary" but maybe i didn't like it as much cause the quality of my pirated dvd was very poor haha

I was happy to see SRK/Kajol together on screen again. I went against my usual practice of avoiding Karan Johar movies and was deeply disappointed that I did. The underlying message was of muslim stereotyping. I thought the first bit was really good, but then they got into overly dramatic, completely unnecessary portions. They also forgot their primary lessons in geography, indicating that you can bus from somewhere in the the state of Georgia to Los Angeles in a very short time. The songs were good but again, it was just sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long and lots of it were unnecessary additions to the main plot which didn't really compliment the message of the movie.

It was good not great, loved to see kajol and srk- their interaction is quite amazing. I liked that it was in SF, repping the bay. The songs are good, but their weren't that many. Im thinking its because they are trying to cater to a bigger audience. It was playing at a normal theatre by my house that plays indian movies. Cause Naz is out of commission for a little while.
