And for the performance. No words. Like the E8 2010 performance, this is a memorable one.
+1! These guys tore that stage up.

Entertaining indeed, but it seemed that every song was focused around a gimmick. On the judging side of a bhangra comp i would say that the reason they probably didn't win is because it was a routine of gimmicks with some bhangra, rather than a routine of bhangra with some gimmicks. Overall great performance loved watching it, but understand why it wasn't first.

This doesn't compare with the Elite performance. The elite performance came from left field. I came expecting this. Its sick to see, yes, but I also see similarities from other teams in this set. The things that you did at Elite were nuances that have no become expectations. The jumping to get into two lines is sick, but ive come to expect that. Sure, there is such a thing as keeping something the same from comp to comp and make it "NJ", but relentless over-tweaking means we see things that are variants of something we have seen, without it truly being NJ or something new.

Also, the one big difference between Elite and this set is the use of highlighting steps. Here, you point out that you are doing something difficult, something unique and make it a focal point. Your elite set was about doing crazy things and saying "hey, this isnt a big deal, well keep going". It was just an ohh snap moment every 30 seconds.

Good job regardless. I am not trying to detract on anything you did, but this is my personal observation. This is meant to be constructive for the next performance.

I also like you brought old NJ choreo from idols for babbar sher haha.

Holyyy Fuck that was crazyyy. I can see this set took a lottt of hard work and effortt, u guys snapped. First place set, and that too by FAR. Had lots of crazzyyy gimicks but at the same time you guys still kept your folkness. This set was more folk than your 2010 elite 8 performance. This will go down down as yet another legendary performance by NJ.

I give credit where its deserved and this set deserves A LOT of credit.

Most of your "credit" seems to be attributed to strictly NJ ;) Just quickly glanced through all the posts you've commented on since joining BTF.

Just sayin'

Nice set from NJ as always. Didn't feel quite as tight as a typical NJ set though: there were definitely moments here and there where two or three guys would be just slightly out of sync with everyone else. Not really sure about the intro, since it was kind of odd, but I definitely liked the ending. Undeniably the most "licky-boom-boom-down" set I've ever seen.
