Need Help Mixing two songs

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. This is for a friend on a Bollywood team.

with Coldplay's Sky full of Stars.


They preferably want 1:17-1:29 and 1:59-2:09 of the first link
- they would also like it if some of the violin portion could be incorporated.


For coldplay they just want some of the words.


My idea was to overlay the words of coldplay onto the violin portion and go from that into 1:17, but I've been having a hard time. I could really use some help.
