No offense, but it just sounds like you want others to do the creative work for you. Taking input is absolutely appreciated and recognized, but it's too broad of a question right now. You have a very short time to put the comp together, think about what you would like based on your experiences as a team. Once you have a rough plan in place, you'll get better responses and more useful feedback.
Not everyone knows philly, knows your capabilities, knows your budget, etc. If you don't have any specific ideas, you could at least say "we think this is a part of the competition experience to improve. X Y and Z have drawbacks, any ideas for improvements?" Much more productive than such a basic open-ended question
For instance, I always felt that sometimes competitions do a poor job of tying into the city. Many comps could be dropped into another town, and teams would never know because it's hotel-cvs-venue for most of the weekend. So try doing something uniquely philly, or incorporate the city into the weekend somehow. Something to think about.
