Where in the central valley is it? Because if its any farther north than Stockton you would probably be better off joining one of the new forming teams there. There are NO teams south of that though, so you might be the one and only.

My name is Karen and I have been dancing randomly with a group friends at events for the last two years. We are all college students and graduates and we are looking for a similar age dancers.


As of right now we are just looking for people interested and we'll decide when start up and what we name ourselves.

Whats your teams age range? Do you have competitions/gigs/ etc lined up that your interested in doing? Do you have a coach or are you guys doing choreo/ set stuff yourselves? Are you guys looking to be a modern team or more traditional? I'm assuming its going to be music and not live. Where specifically would you be practicing (city, location)? These are just some of the questions that came to mind when reading this. ^____^ GL

Since most of us currently are college students and grads - we were looking for people in the same age group. We don't have anything lined up yet but as soon as we know that we have enough people interested to pull something together then we might. We don't have a coach so we will be doing the cheoro ourselves. We are doing more a modern team with music. As of right now we are thinking of having practices in Merced since that is where some of the girls interested are in the summer and coming fall. Let me know if you have more questions.

Yeh the email is kinda obvious lol! We were trying to go co-ed but it doesn't seem to be happening cuz we are facing the same problem you were with finding committed guys. Yeah we did out last performance this wknd at school. That was our last performance as the school team. If we start this new team as of right now we don't think we would be affiliated with the school as we were before. And as of right now since most of the girls are going to be in Merced over the summer and what not, if we start this by the summer we would have practices in Merced - if not we still have to discuss other options. As for the girls - not all the girls from the original team would be doing it. Just some and Im sure you can guess who lol. =)
