NorCal Bhangra is less than a week away!!
How bout some predictions? I know there are many rookie teams out there, but we hope our show will give them the exposure they need to launch their bhangra careers, and send them on the path to becoming the next big thing. There are also veteran teams who we know without a doubt are bringing a solid performance!
Line Up - In No Particular Order:
1. Mera Vasda Punjab - CSU Stanislaus (Ca)
2. Bruin Bhangra - UCLA (Ca)
3. Lishkare Apne Punjabian De (Ca)
4. UIC Bhangra - University of Illinois at Chicago
5. Fateh Bhangra Crew - Modesto JC (Ca)
6. Virsa Punjab Da - UC Riverside (Ca)
7. Project Bhangra - CSU Fresno (Ca)
8. Columbia University Bhangra (NY)
9. Punjabi Bhangra Academy - Bay Area (Ca)
10. Gajjde Punjabi - University of Washington (Wa)
We know just about everyone on this forum is geared up towards Elite 8, but we can guarantee the performers and spectators who attend our show will be talking about it for years to come. We have a very entertaining weekend planned, and encourage everyone to attend, especially those living locally in California.
