Here's our most recent performance from Legacy of Bhangra 2015! Any feedback and critiques will be greatly appreciated as we hope to improve as a team for future competitions. A huge shoutout to the LOB committee for putting on a well organized and great show. Enjoy!!

Cool set guys, you guys always bring it hard and it's definitely a well deserved W.
One complaint that I'll bring up (which can be a relatively easy fix) is the quality of your mix. It almost blew out my eardrums/headphones. The mastering on this is WAAAAYYYY too heavy on the bass and whoever made your mix needs to check their leveling and EQ-ing especially on the lower end my goodness. Otherwise, great set overall where the dancing is concerned.

Dancing was sick. Songs were sick. Formations were aight, could definitely use some work there. Really liked how you combined the best parts of your Boston and Bruin sets (although where is that kato seg lol). The little kid was hype but I think his entrance could have been showcased a little better and if he was meant to be a gimmick then he was out there a bit too long imo.

NSG always has a way of bringing together some of the best dancers on the West Coast and its great seeing them rip it. That being said, it seemed evident that there were some newer dancers, that didn't have the same level of control and stage presence. I felt like I also saw a lot chaffa and triplet footwork at least in the first half. Like kid coming out-thought it lasted a bit too long
Mix was dope, but like someone said, a bit of EQing might be needed.
I thought that what really made this performance was the execution by the more experienced dancers. I might be biased because I saw some of the earlier NSG sets this year, but a lot of "re-used" segments lost impact because I had seen them before and the newer segments seemed a bit simplistic for what NSG typically puts out.
that's my 2 cents

Personal opinion- I dont think this set was as strong as your Bruin 2015 set! ( even to some extent the WBBC set) There were a lot of similar stuff from previous sets so was a bit predictable. I think it will take the newbies a couple of comps to get familiar with the NSG style and how it has been for the last couple of years but nonetheless the set was good! ( Maybe coz you guys are my fav international team at the moment so forgive the bais ;) )

Yo guys just to let yall know I have noooo idea why the mix sounds the way it does in the video (Because harjot usually dubs them). When we danced on stage the mix sounded like shit just like it does in the video because the speakers were put on full blast because they didnt have that many which distorted the quality... The mix will be up eventually and yall can slap it then :))))))).

FYI we used certain parts of this mix at other comps and it sounded fine... it was just this venue.
