The line up for the participants of the dhol category will be announced by Sunday, Febuary 15th, 2009. Along with the names of the participants, we will announce the offical hotel of the International Punjabi Folk Festivals Bhangra & Dhol Competition!!

i think they can pull off a 17 team show...At Masti we had 14 teams, Exhibition Giddha, Exhibition by the lethal Dholis, and performance from Sunny Khaira with AVALLA CONNECTION...also the MC's interacted with the audience quite a bit...and the audience was f, i didnt hear anyone complaining or anything afterwards

Bay Area Bhangra Club is reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll good. Sick singer and a new twist on live bhangra. PANJ competed against them at Texas.

Not the same team thats vids are up on youtube, do not under estimate this team. Pretty sick. Lets hope their paghs dont come undone like last time!

Hello teams,

Unfortunently PANJ has dropped out do to personal circumstances, but we are proud to announce UVA Di Shaan, from Virginia, USA has taken their spot.

We look forward to seeing UVA Di Shaan at the Bell Centre, in Surrey BC, on March 15th, and hope to see all of you out there as well!
