David Villa welcome to Barca. You can't shoot those lucky ones and expect to have them go into the net. Badwal's half right. 3 of barcelona's players made that goal. Iniesta split the defenders and made an excellent pass to Pedro. Pedro could have taken a better shot, but thankfully it bounced off the right post and the opportunistic david villa scored. The shot itself had a lucky result but the intention of shooting/initiative to shoot was skill and vision. Villa is the equivalent to D-Wade

dude... the first one got lucky it hit the post and got to the second shooter... its half luck half good reflexes and a good shot.

football is lucky and being a good player... I mean its not right to say its straight luck. Just like everything in life. Its not fair to just rely on luck to explain things that happen.

i agree with nikhil completely... villa got skills...it is easier to miss a easy/lucky shot that to take advantage of a player's "mistake" and turn it into a victory. As simple as 0-1

i'd say the goal was partly luck because he wasn't aiming for the pole, leading to it hitting the other pole and going in; however, it wasn't a poorly made shot because he didn't miss it all together and they got a goal, winning the game. plus, he's a great player

I believe the final cup game will be Netherlands vs. Germany with Germany taking over because of their organized play and extremely strong offense. Most of Germany's players are in their 20's and have shown to have large quantities of stamina and endurance in today's match against Argentina. I myself am a huge Argentinian fan and to see them being blown out by Germany and the way it was done has shown me that Germany may be a big contender for the cup this year. Your guys thoughts?
