Alright so after talks of making a ventrilo server, i've finally taken the liberty of doing so ;D ... for those who do not know what ventrilo is, it simply is a voice communication tool where all of us can connect to and pretty much "hang out" and chit chat. It's totally free to everyone and very simple to use. I will include detailed information on downloading and settin up Ventrilo. Hope to see everyone start using this soon! And I apologize, but at the moment i only have a 15 man ventrilo, meaning no more than 15 can be on at a time ... however I will upgrade this soon and make the ventrilo capacity larger.
*** A microphone of any sort is required if you wish to talk with others, however if you don't have a microphone you can still listen to others and communicate with others via the chat function built into ventrilo ***
Okay step by step instructions:

*** Hit the I Agree button and your download should begin. It's a very small and fast download ***
Once you have downloaded the program, simply click the new icon that should appear on your desktop.
A boxlike program should open up ... follow these easy steps to set up your username and the information to connect to the BTF server.
1) There are 2 arrows next to the username window. Click the right facing arrow. When a new window is open select NEW and enter the name you wish to be shown when in the BTF vent. Under phonetic, type your username once again. Leave description and work dir exmpty and hit OK to close the window.
2) Next, click the right arrow again next to the SERVER window. When the new window opens hit NEW. Type BTF, then OK.
For hostname copy and paste this: 64.34.250.131
For port number copy and paste: 3786
Leave the password and default channel clear and hit OK to exit.
3) Leave the bindings window clear but proceed to SET UP on the lower right hand side of the program. When a new window opens up it should already be under the VOICE tab, it it isn't go to the VOICE tab.
The following are located directly under the VOICE tab and should be checked:
-Enable outgoing voice communications
-Use Push To Talk Hotkey
*** Only those 2 of the 5 boxes directly underneath should be checked ***
In the space provided next to the word HOTKEY, click which ever button you wish to use when communicating. This will be the button you push everytime you wish to talk.
Once done with that hit okay and connect to the server!!!
Once you get into the server, further help can be provided by me if needed.
There is virtually no delay when using ventrilo, so it's like your talking to someone right in front of you, except you can't see their boothi!
I tried to make this as easy as possible, if anyone has problems connecting to the server, feel free to ask questions in this thread.
