pammi bai and aman hayer album

I searched for it and don't think its been posted before, but I saw an interview on tv today with pammi bai and his new album is being produced by aman hayer. Any thoughts on how people think it will turn out? he claimed there would be the odd remixed type track but he was sticking to his true folk style but trying to appeal more to the younger generations.

I think it'll be a successful album, different maybe for both of their styles, but if Pammi Bai gets the kind of production Aman Hayer had on Punjabi by Nirmal Sidhu, Melene by Lehmber, or Gabru Shakeen by Lehmber because these are songs that aren't necessarily that UK style but instead have sick dhol and overall beat it could be a sick album. Haven't heard any news on this album yet till now, but I hope it drops soon, can't wait.

I disagree that this collab is likely to be successful. I mean I hope the album is great.....but Pammi Bai's folk style just does not fit with Aman Hayers production. He should have stuck with his old production team. This should be interesting.

well he sang a bit of a song, and from the tune it sounded more aman hayers standard style and less like a traditional pammi bai song to be honest,but I guess we can't judge anything until we can actually hear some previews. I'm hoping though that because its pammi bai and not someone like lehmber who'll sing on anything that this album will turn out good!
