hey i was wondering if anyones knows of any software where you upload a song and it splits into layers, so you can cut out the particular parts of the song you want. For example if you wanted to cut just the lyrics from a song or a particular instument. help :-\ thanks.

if you can find the acapella of the track, you can invert the phase in audacity and line em up precisely so the instrumental is the output

but with punjabi songs its hard to find the acapella so your best bet would be to get Audacity (its free) and follow these steps:

How to Make a Song Instrumental on Audacity

NOTE: you dont have to change the track name jus follow all his other steps....ALSO!!!! if there is an echo on the vocals of the song u wanna cut them out of (this is easily recognizable) then audacity can only cut out the main vocals not the echo, so youll lightly hear them in the background. goodluck

get the original track put it in audacity....get the instrumental put it in audacity....right click on the instrumental and hit "invert" in the Effects menu...then zoome in on somethin very precisely and line up the instrumental perfectly to the track....that sound waves should cut out the beat and the output should be the vocals. once again this isnt 100% perfect but it does the job
