Replacing tilli head

Hi All,


I'm a new dhol player and have found myself needing to replace the tilli head. I have a few that came with the dhol, not fancy at all but good enough to get started and learn. Not sure how to go about replacing the head, can someone walk me through the process?


Also any tips and advice in maintenance and care of the dhol would be great. Thank you!
