I'm not entirely sure what you mean by flash player, but I can tell you how I dl: I use firefox with the downloadhelper extension, once a (flash) media file has loaded itself, use the extension and it save to your computer. So it works for youtube, flash-based video sites, and mp3 sites.

If you have Firefox, get a plugin called Download Helper, with it, you can download all the songs easily.
