Hey everyone,

Need some advice on how to fix a broken saap. I attached two pics of the saap (one is a pic of the whole thing, other is a pic of the broken part). Can anyone who has had one break like this let me know the best way to fix it? Its doesn't look like a huge break, but it needs to be fixed before next performance which is in a week.

Thanks in advance for the help.

bro in all honesty, that saap is done. The problem is, it broke near the tip, so now the rivet doesn't have support. Those rivets take the most stress when u use the saap. Even if u get the piece back on, it'll break off 30 seconds into ur performance. I have a suggestion, don't know how BTF is gonna reply. Um, start with a broken saap, after a couple of beats jus drop it.Saaps break all the time in performances. This a worse comes to worst suggestion.

One thing you could also try is epoxy, a type of glue. you can get it at home depot or any other hardware supply store. I have a saap that broke in a similar way and now its working fine. We haven't performed with it though so it might break still but its worth a try.
