I dont think thats a child...The head is very big for his body and the way he moves ...even at the end..he ,if a child , looks about 11-12 months old with some physical disorder..but a child at that age cant move himself that way.

Whoa, buddy! Not sure what you're insinuating there, but a child even with a physical disorder is still a child! He/She may move very squid-like, may act differently and may look deformed, but he/she is still a human being!

And babies do have larger heads. That disproportion decreases as a child grows up.
