I honestly dont hate JATT, they just make easy targets because of the stuff they say on here, that's the only reason I go off on them... If I ever met a member of their team, the only advice I would give him is to put a filter between his brain and his mouth... and I would make sure the LAPD was about 2 feet away... haha...

i was on stage and i heard "anakh punjab di" but i guess "punjab di" and "punjabi" --as in da real punjabis -- sounds similar and added to the confusion. also i think someone from the crowd yelled "drp" cus i heard that also and was very confused, then realized, along with everyone else, that apd actually won the comp.

very poor competition. and vick this isn't a second teir competition. last year it was a really well-run competition.

i was on stage with ABC we heard them announce the first place team we seen DRP jumping up n down on 1 side of the stage and APD in the middle olf the stage and thenm i saw DRP with the trophy and then we seen joban and other APD member say something to MC and then they said the name again it was APD. I felt bad for DRP i thought they atleast deserved to place.

my personal opinion

1st place: Jawani girls
2nd place: DRP
3rd Place: Tie between BABC and ABC

Best dancer: Arjun (ABC)

BABC singer was dope he killed it and they dholi was banging

babc was really really sloppy and had major chaddar issues which i think really hurt them.

Performed with ABC using chimta. OKAY comp. It was ran poorly. The hotel was far and there was soo much traffic. Also, heard the after party was ran pretty well. No big fights only minor ones. And the uncle that jumped on the stage for JATT was a sponsor. loll

During Jatt's performance, an uncle (who was a sponsor, I believe and was drunk) came on stage during their performance and threw money onto the floor. I happened to be backstage with Sher so I saw some security guy come out, holding him, and took him outside. But during awards ceremony, he randomly came back on stage and was like dancing.

The comp was really poorly organized though in my opinion.
From the audience perspective and i talked to a few performers and heard it was even worse from there perspective.

Thats so crazy! Last year this competition was really fun and chill to perform at. I can't remember any problems that we ran into. This year it seems it went wayyyyy down hill sheesh! Oh well, too bad, there goes another competition in southern california that has lost its credibility.

I agree. Last year's comp ran very smoothly, but this year sounds like tragedy :-\
