Sony Acid Question

So i'm wondering exactly how to set sound clips to be one-shot, a loop, or beatmapped. For example, when i drag a clip out of the explorer, it's usually a loop so i have to go to properties and change it to one-shot which gets really annoying after a while. I wanna know how to change it so that it will already be a one-shot. Also when i preview sounds from the explorer sometimes they sound very slowed down. Hopefully that'll fix this also.

When the track is laid out in Acid right-click on it and select clip properties or track properties (cant remember which one off the top of my head) and from there a screen will pop up which will give you drop-down options for: One Shot, Loop, Beatmapped..

Hope that helps

Yeah i know how to change the one-shot, etc, but what i want to know is how to set a clip to automatically be a one-shot, or loop when you drag it out of the explorer.
