I don't have this sample and haven't heard it used anywhere else. Seems like the effect was created by Slambassador. You could create this effect yourself with any cymbal.
Drop the cymbal and a copy of it back to back. Reverse the first one so it leads into the hit of the second cymbal. Add a time delay to the second cymbal to create the echoing effect.
