Someone could report a track someone else's track. It will get tagged, therefore, removing everyone's tracks that has it. Go read their terms, and copyright terms. You get plenty of warning before they remove you from SC.
There was a big thread about it not to long ago about about SC updated algorithm. Go read that.
People really need to stop stop thinking they are being reported. You agreed to SC terms when you signed up.
Currently only country that allows remixes and such (as long as there is no monetary gain) is Canada. Anything with Canada as it's country of origin can be remixed, edited, and shared.
