NC State Bhangra has had two different teams, one was started a few years ago (Wolfpack Bhangra), I don't know the exact year.
The second team is Wolf De Nakhre and they were formed this school year (2015-16)

Pretty sure Wolverine was formed in the Fall of 09 but their first competition was 2010 bhangra fusion.

They are actually not two different teams. Same team just taken over by new members who changed the team name, and are bringing something new.

Chardi Jawani, Stanford University`s bhangra team, was started simply as The Stanford Bhangra Team in 1996. After becoming a premier competitive team and hosting Bhangra by the Bay for seven years, it faded due to a lack of resources. In 2005, a new wave of team members spawned a rejuvenated team, ready to compete again at the highest level. It was with this intention that Chardi Jawani was reformed and has transformed into one of the best teams in the Bay Area and proudly represents the Stanford Bhangra tradition.
