but i always wonder why at the end of every routine any india team does, why is it that when they do the last move to go off the stage they never go all the way off, either one guy or two guys always just end up walking off the stage

My guess is that it's a tradition from the days when stages didn't have curtains or anything to cover you when exiting the stage.

that sounds more likely. not feeling their color combo vardi choices - 2 yellow pairs, 1 pinkish red, 1 black? what were the placings for the live category that yr? isnt that when nachde shokeen debuted?

I agree with Vijay....the color combos are a bit odd. Overall, I think it was just an ordinary routine, except the execution in jhummar was awesome...was really feeling that. Other than that, there was a noticeable difference in dancer energy and execution (red jodi was on point). Expected more.

There was one yellow pair and one orange pair, but it doesn't show up well in the video.

Yeh your right about the placings. Looking back at that competition it was a great experience, i'm glad i was able to help out Nation backstage on that day. You had a lot of good teams at this competiion -> Punjabi beat, PPA, Nachdey Shooken, Bulldawg, Team India, GHG, and the coming out party of S.G.P.D.

its just a collection of dancers, most of which have danced under meshi ustaad
