I find your approach very interesting. I remember when I met some of you guys at Bash 2007, and it felt as if most of you guys were a family. I mean, every one of you were sitting around the lobby cracking jokes and stuff. It was infectious.tonygarcha said:Majority of our team members have known each other since childhood. Having this connection definately builds unity and strength as a team.
Whether its a friends reception, a competition, or a community event, we bring our personalities onto stage onto stage, the smiling, laughing, yelling, etc isn't an act, its just us showing everyone our bond as a team and how much fun we have doing it.
In my opinion, unity/strength builds your teams overall performance as well. Bonding with each other helps develop you as a group and as individuals.
