what do judges like to see more, jodi or audience interaction?
Both at different times, knowing when to interact with who is key

PCBCA as a whole has the the best style. They also pound for pound have the best dancers on the circuit. Their elite 8 performance was a primer for how bhangra needs to be showcased in this generation. They put on a clinic and ran circles around the other elite teams. Other teams may have gimmicks, but this team stays true to bhangra and is very technically sound. Hats off gentleman.

PCBCA
Nachdi Jawani/Warriors
ABC

i think these 3 groups have the most distinctive and identifiable styles in the circuit, as well as the most uniform dancers overall as a team..especially NJ teams in general-their dancers execute with the best precision and are very consistent (not talking about cleanliness, thats a whole diff story). pcbca and abc always have very easy to identify, solid sets.

If you watch videos of certain dancers you can learn a lot as well..
a few people right off the bat to watch that dance with great form, energy, nakhre, etc. would be

Harsimran Singh/ Manu from Wolverine Bhangra & PDDS (Red Male Wolverine Bhangrra Johri Masti 2010)
The twins from NJ/Jawani Warriors (Red Johris Jawani Warriors Bhangra Masti 2010)
Sheel Mehta from VCU/JJ (Yellow Male Johri VCU Elite 8 2010)

watching specific people and trying to imitate them will really help and as you become more familiar with the circuit and all you'll know who the better dancers are and who else to watch.

exactly how i learned. the above dancers all have great form, nakra, etc. so watch them and practice imitating them. one of the guys in the red NJ jori (i guess one of the twins) killed it during the live set at BAB, so i've been using that to practice these past couple of days.

team wise: 3d

Hard to pick a team as a whole, when certain dancers on a team make the team look amazing.....

Kush/Chan - NJ
Sunny Malton - SGPD
Sheel Metha - VCU
Harsh Mali - DCMPAA
Navi/Ricky - NYPD

Watching, imitating and bearing the abuse of Harman Singh (AEG/BK) improved my dancing form and style by a ridiculous amount. I'll see if I can find a video where he's actually trying to dance, but the man completely changed how I dance. I cannot emphasize how much I improved by watching him.
