I watch them every friday before a comp.
Their sets, energy level, and execution are pearl.

If we want to talk about current day teams,

Personality Wise: First Class Bhangra- They have some of the most friendliest and open dancers I have ever met (No offense to others)

Execution Wise: Cornell Bhangra- Even though some of their latest sets have been "gimmicky", they are still very clean and energetic

Most Traditional: (In my opinion) VOT

Man you hit it right on the spot with this one, haven't seen them in a long time though, sadly.

Dancing wise.. hmm

Man I miss Heeray so much (LIVE)

Music I would say currently the FAUJ boys and BK

However growing up it was Khalsa Junction and Sher Foundation

BUT FAVORITE DANCING SET OF ALL TIME: NACHDI MASTI 2009

Don't worry Kush, Heeray and VDW are collaboing next weekend at nachda Punjab :)

Cornell and Boston University.

Both are collegiate teams (probably the only type of team I will ever be on because of circumstances) and hold it down for the east coast. In terms of what my vision is for UB Bhangra (Buffalo), its to do what they are doing: making noise as a college team. Unfortunately, next year is my last.

I'm only going to list current North American teams.
Cal - definitely my favorite college team. Great dancers and are they are very entertaining, even with their sometimes simple sets.
SGPD/NJ/NYPD - always seem to be a step ahead of everyone else and seem to be leading innovation with moves
BK/AEG/FAUJ - same as the category above except with gimmicks. Not to say that they aren't great dancers, but they always change the game with their crowd pleasers
VDW/HPD/NJ - only good live teams that I have had a chance to see in person. I'm a huge fan
Empire - in terms of bringing bhangra to the public eye, no team has ever done as much as them. Whether you like the way they dance or not, you have to admire their success
JJ - technically they just had their last performance, but good god, they're excellent. i love everything about them
GCC - ok so I lied about the North America part. Major props to your commitment to the activity. I can't imagine many teams are dedicated enough to travel that far for a competition.
DCMPAA - only US team that I know of that is so dedicated to developing the next generation of dancers

Shan-E-Punjab Little Stars. The kids just look like they love dancing (which is the point anyways). The little kid who comes out on the tractor/jeep is always mad entertaining.

I look up to teams that hold their heads high and cheer on other teams when they don't place (or place as high as they want). WAY too many times have I told my team, or personally believed, that a certain successful team was a great role model, and then they place 3rd or don't place and act like pre-pubescent teenagers. Because of that, I find it hard to find a role model in the circuit today and I default to the teams that got me into Bhangra in the first place - KJ, LBC, and old-school Cornell. Maybe I just wasn't in the circuit long enough to see these teams complain or throw tantrums.

Dancing-wise I love watching some of our peers - really enjoyed BK at WBBC, Cal at Burgh, FAUJ at Bell, among many others.

Thanks buddy, you can achieve whatever you want bro :) Hard work pays off way down the line - I'll PM you some constructive feedback on your latest video if you want to send it over.

DCMPAA - They keep the tradition alive and are always willing to help
JJ - Their performances have been extremely inspiring for me
BK - Unreal swag and they have some of the best dancers on the circuit
FAUJ - Never have to point out dancers being lazy and everyone is executing every move at an extremely high level
FCB - These guys seem like they are always having a blast at each competition they go to
Cornell - While I may not be a huge fan of their style, all of their dancers execute their sets the same way and being the captain of a college team I recognize how difficult that is. Also its very inspiring to see them continuously push the envelope and follow through with their crazy ideas
Cal - Put on super clean, fun, and folk performances
