basically what happened was that jassi wanted to make a song about 1984 in 2009. they were thinking about putting into jassi first album but they didnt even though jassi gave him the money to produce it. and til this date it has not been produce and back in 2009 when they were talking about it honey singh's manager and i think honey singh also said do something thats "in" right now and they said 1984 is not in right now. also they said there was more money the "in" music also. the song is basically him calling honey singh out on the dirty songs he has which was him relasing frustration about what happned in 2009? ive also heard that honey singh took 40 lakh from one singer who sold everything he had in order to make a song with honey singh but it never happened. a lot of the lines are parodies i guess of what honey singh says. the main part jassi is trying to get is telling honey singh not to use people
