Hey everyone,

Our team, Ministry of Bhangra, is looking to order some new gear. Where are some good places to order elaborate, traditional Vardiyan?

I tried searching for some "good" posts on this topic but didn't find anything really useful (just some random shops in Canada).

Thanks for your help guys!

Tarun has an online store... anyone know the address? I can't remember it
It used to be http://bhangracostumes.com/ but the site went down. I would contact Tarun directly as I know he has a good & reliable source in Punjab. PM me if you need his contact details.

Aman Dhaliwal, captain of MAD bhangra, is also in India. He has shipped out vaardiyan and props recently for teams here. Just email him with the type of design, fabric, details you want and he will tell you how much it will cost and how long it will take. His email is Jatt50b_da@yahoo.com

Tarun has stopped his costume business, at least as of the last time I talked to him which was in September.

If you are a single woman between the ages of 18 and 24 looking for a meaningful long term relationship centered on punjabi folk dancing then please contact me as well; Aman is very interested in speaking with you

yup dholetc.com has costume services up now... info on their site

but in reality i think most teams get them made in india through their teammate's massi's neighbor's daughter's friend's mom's uncle, or something along the lines of that lol

We got our outfits made in Punjab over the summer. Few of the guys on the team picked out some color combos and designs and the outfits came out wicked traditional as we wanted them. The whole process took about a month but it was deff worth it.....let me know if i can provide u with any help.
