VIBC has been a full on festival now for three years, so it'll be non-competitive! The teams will be performing on June 6th and 7th I believe.

Awesome lineup though! Wish I could be there.

The lineup is stacked! lol the best part of this whole thing is that it's all literally for the fun of bhangra and the memories you make from it. Being there last year was incredible! We made so many new friends got to hang out with everyone without the stress of competition. Looking forward to another great time with AG and seriously can't wait!

Congrats on the very diverse guys - excited to see some of the older/retired teams makes a return. The VIBC performances are always such a pleasure to watch due to the more relaxed nature of the dancers. I hope this year's week long festivities are a big hit in the Vancouver community.

Wow, haven't posted on here in a few years!!! Hello Bhangra lovers!!! First of all it was great catching up with old friends and new at WBBC! Secondly, we are so excited here at VIBC for this year's festival which happens to be our 10 year anniversary! Being a bhangra dancer for many years (wah wah wah) we have come to learn first hand what makes a performance experience dancers/artists idealistic and top notch.. so we are excited to share an amazing, unforgettable experience with all the teams!


UBC Girlz Bhangra Team was around for a long time and have been on a hiatus dictated by life! However, we look forward to a couple more hurrahs coming soon...darn bhangra it's like a drug! As for VIBC this year, the UBC team is a team from our alma mater university (University of British Columbia-UBC) we applaud and look forward to all talent coming from our amazing university!


Looking forward to seeing everyone at VIBC...where the gorgeous City of Vancouver becomes the City of Bhangra for 10 days!!!
