Yeah only these western kids that remain at the feet of these ignorant elite would find this funny. Im not surprised that people would make light of something that represents our religion, culture, and purity and how it is recieved so favourably with you guys. Dont make me start on how this is another example of a community (bhangra) supposedly (by ONLY their OWN account) doing something favourable for culture, yet having no real morals when it comes to anything substantive.
How bout one of you kids who find this funny take a stand and realize that if we were to pass jokes at christian ideals, how we would be recieved. Its not about being a tight ass, or not having a sense of humor, it is about learning when a stupid idiotic ignorant prank disrespects an article of faith that holds deep significance, whether you subscribe to that faith or not. Now, I wouldnt expect these people who you kids grew up with to sympathisize with this, but you would hold some hope that those who have some connection (how ever minor it is) with their culture/home of their ancestors, to not even recognize or legitimize these idiotic pranks.
The person who posted this, and those who find it remotely funny should look within, and have some DEEP introspection to how these western ideals of inferiority has rubbed off on them. Its not enough to dance on a stage, how some balls to stand up against ignorance like this. Or at least if standing up for these ideals is to much of a hassle, or you "dont know where to get started", at least learn that the world is full of this crap and why give it any attention. Why one would post this and even acknowledge this beyond me.
