Below are the mixes for Group D of the Qualifying Round in the mixing ladder! Please vote by ranking your TOP 2 from the mixes below. Feedback is also welcome, and encouraged!

Voting closes on Thursday, May 7th at 11:59 pm EST. Remember that voting is only open to valid BTF accounts. Newly made accounts will be monitored for possible foul play.

Its gotta be DJ 1 and 4 for me!

DJ 1: EQ was great and nailed the 808s at the end. Overall great mix
DJ 2: key signature of trophies and the key signature of the original song didn't match. Maybe explore relative majors and minors. Liked the use of Naag tho
DJ 3: Very creative EDM style crescendo. Make sure to EQ the loudness tho. The bass significantly dropped at the end but the mix got significantly louder. Drop has potential tho
DJ 4: Nailed the 808s at the end. Liked the overall crescendo. Would like to see some more EQing tho
DJ 5: The treble was a bit high overall and there weren't enough mids or bass. Also too much emphasis on percussions and no ambience or melody. Liked the key shift in the middle tho - quite creative
