What to do in California?

Hey guy's, i'm born and raised in Sydney, Australia and will be travelling to California for a holiday with some mates. Just wondering if there is anything you guys would reccomend doing on this trip?

When traveling I recommend taking Highway 1, it takes you along the coastline with some breathtaking views. Other than that the usual stuff; Hollywood, Disneyland, Yosemite, Sequoia forests pretty nice but it'll probably be pretty cold right now
