What's the closest place to Birmingham, UK that I can get 1 Saap from?

Hey, I'm from BC, but im studying in Poland at the moment, and I need a saap, I was trying to get one shipped over from Vancouver, but then customs kept on denying it; cuz they thought it was a weapon. Now one of my friends that goes to school with me; he is gone back home to Birmingham, so I was wondering if anyone knew where he could get a saap for me? (Any shops, people, etc....?)

i went last year to get saaps frpm them, i think they are around £20 each and are apparently hand made by an ustaad in jalandhar! lol all saaps are right, lol?! didnt go with them in the end cus they were quite heavy. they had about 6 in stock when we went, may have more/less.
