This question is way to broad. It's similar to saying, "Whose the best athlete in the world?" There are so many different types of athlete, is it possible/fair to compare them somehow?

In the same light, how can you compare Bhangra teams when there are so many genres of Bhangra (please read the "modern" vs "traditional" thread which is 982342340 pages long discussing only TWO different styles)? Also, there are probably hundreds of teams people probably don't even know about on BTF. Not knowing all the competition in the world, can you really say who is "best?"

Lastly, how is one supposed to answer this without seeing every single team perform live? Based on videos? I hope you realize the vast difference in audience impact when you see a team perform their set live then when you see a video recorded performance.



On that note, if you can answer the aforementioned questions, I will be glad to provide my opinion on the "best bhangra team in the world."

Basim said most of the things that needed to be said. The question is way too vague. You can ask about "Favorite" when asking a vague question like that, but "Best" is a bit vague.

without a doubt, my all time fav team is GNIMT...one of the guys in the pink vardi in one of their vids is unbelievable...and also from daviet, this tall guy in yellow...i BELIEVE its btf's very own varunjit singh, since he posted 2 vids of daviet with him in it...i could be wrong tho
