SGPD can give back the money and have Zameer just edit them out, wouldn't be difficult at all.

Let's hope it's as easy as you claim! Based on comments that Zameer's label put under their video, it seems like they think that they not really at "fault" here.

I hope that it works out for SGPD because this type of situation shouldn't happen to ANY team out there. That's the main point behind my earlier posts regarding the topic - not a battle if doing this parody video is culturally "right" or "wrong."

Here's hoping to put this incident to rest - do keep us updated SGPD folks.

hahahahah i noticed that same exact thing when i first saw the video. and at 1:38 as soon as the tatti part starts again and they have the hadippa in the background and the guys jumping at the same time. everything is just perfectly timed in this video hahah

It's easy to see why they'd want this disconnected from their name, since i guess sgpd didn't know what they were getting themselves into. Regardless, they found out and very clearly communicated their stance. I wonder if they'll have the video removed...

Doesn't look like they were all there at the same time bro, they were prob the only ones on location at the time.

yea, no clip in the entire vid with the sgpd guys and the singer or the girl in the same frame. looks like they really are just clipped in when the tumbi comes in. maybe they really are just dancing to that instrumental. i doubt those guys would've willingly done something like that, especially since they run an academy with kids and parents so actively involved.

made this account, just to let u all know....since i happened to be there during the shoot! They tried shooting a scene with the dancers and the model, but the footage was super awkward. The girl felt weird about random guys jumping around her, and u could see it in her expression, so the scene had to be scrapped. Just making it clear.
Everyone present knew what they were working on, i knew what i was getting into, the model who didnt understand the language knew what she was getting into, the dancers didnt even HAVE the time to stay, they were booked night before the shoot, they appeared for less than an hour because they had other commitments and were paid handsomely for it. Yes the lyrics werent finished because the song was being mixed else wear. It was meant to be harmless and funny.
