This mix tape is FIREEE!! Very impressed with the creative & original work in it. The transitions are especially clean and love the mashup of songs used. Keep it up KSR, ~ Basim :)

This is indeed true. Support: http://www.mlkonline.net/quotes.html L2Google Saleem! :P ~ Basim :)

Hmmm, I think you need to alter your criteria for this "Hall of Fame" list. Check the teams competiting in US West in 2010: http://bhangrateamsforum.com/discuss/main-bhangra-discussion/elite-8-bhangra-invitational-team-announcement-8/ You also need to make a clear distinction between pioneers...

Yeah, he probably meant to write VIBE instead of VIBC.. easy mistake.. I forgive you brother! ;) As Vijay pointed out, don't overlook THE Bhangra Team (TBT) who played a large part in the transition from music to live performances. ~ Basim :)

What's the vent info Navkarn? I didn't seen update in this thread with it. ~ Basim :)

+1 Agree with Faizan. ~ Basim :)

Didn't catch the wedding, but I'm happy for the couple! Don't really care for all the glamour, so I'm glad they kept it fairly simple. I got to see the royal kiss though!! Too bad Prince William didn't tilt his head slightly to the left, otherwise we would have a picture perfect moment like in...

Anyone watching the match between the two Spanish powerhouse teams? Messi is SO clutch.. he's beasting it for Barcelona. Ronaldo's shots have been way off and Real Madrid fans are silent now :P Oh boy. If Barcelona advances (which is likely the case at this point), this will be a dam good...

Nice!! Maybe I shall make a guest appearance sometime. Let's get all the veterans to make a return! ~ Basim :)

Haha! Your blog posts are so random and funny joey! Thanks for the updates. ~ Basim :)

Because you've been such a big help to everyone else (including myself), I thought that I would try to help you out as well. Are you sure there is a song called "Peshi" by Honey Singh & Bill Singh? The only thing that I could find was an album named "Peshi." I think you may be referring to...

+1 Navkarn! I like this idea too. IMHO, it's a much bigger challenge taking a crap song (or multiple crap songs) & making them sound halfway decent, then to just take a bunch of good tracks & put them together. Definitely would like to see this type of challenge for the future Lilly! ~...

Joey! <3 Wow, I love reading these bhangra blogs, thanks for helping me kill some free time! haha. As I mentioned in Jasmine's thread, do keep us updated on BTF whenenver you write some new entries, so people can "catch up" on things. It's so hard to stay up to date with the numerous websites...

Since I'm a big football (aka "soccer") fan, I watched all of those 30 second juggling videos. Below are my conclusions... #1. This guys should get your vote. He's going to rape everyone in the competition: Juggler - Julian Chalifoux #2. This guy was 2nd best, but doesn't have as good of...

Look foward to reading your blog posts Jasmine. Please keep us updated on the progress of your blog site, since it's so hard these days to keep up with everything going on inside the bhangra world and outside of it. ~ Basim :) P.S. - In your April 1st blog you wrote "For now, I hope it...

Pretty sick mix (or 1 minute long sample). It flowed fairly well and the transitions were clean. I liked the background effects/music you chose to use. Interested in hearing some more your work put out here. ~ Basim :)

Sorry to do this to you Saleem, but repost: http://bhangrateamsforum.com/discuss/music-and-albums/foji-pumbeeri-awesome-video/ ~ Basim :)
