Basim, the point of the thread I believe was to point out an African American sikh. I have never come across an african american sikh in my life. Although sikhi is open to anyone and everyone, I have only seen Punjabi and White sikhs. The muslim religion is much more widespread throughout the world than sikhi (as mentioned in the video Sikhi is a minority religion), which is why nobody is pointing out an African American muslim.

I actually met n played Gatka with a african American and hespanic Sikh I believe they lives in Sacramento or I believe at 1 of the gurdawara the once with chairs n place to on floor there name is Micheal Singh and Jose Singh

I met some hispanic sikhs at gudwara one day, i was makin jalebi and he was really intrested on how we were doin it.

Ugh, Danny's arrival is a bit delayed. Nonetheless, Danny Cadet (Singh) of NEU, MP and almost every other Boston team considers himself a Sikh. He may not wear a pagh, but plenty of Sikhs don't wear paghs.

So, not as rare as you may think - we have an African American Sikh brother in the bhangra circuit!
