This looks like it was shot on marine drive !!! We have an apartment on marine drive just across the street from the Oberoi (the hotel attacked last year). It also looks like one of the local universities. Could be wrong but just looks like it was shot in bombay. They dance like they're from bombay too thats how everyone dances
