Hey guys, just sitting here at work bored. :( haha
Anyways, I was watching alot of bhangra videos and obviously mistakes happen here and there. So I just want to know who you think had the worst mistake on stage and recovered from it the best. I think this would be an interesting topic since I haven't seen it on BTF yet.

without a doubt, rishab (jj) @ vpd 2011...craziest recovery i've ever seen. he went from being flat on his face to doing multiple betkaan in perfect sync with the rest of the team in a matter of milliseconds. you won't even be able to spot it in the balcony video. incredible reflexes/stage awareness

NJ at Elite 8 2010 is an example of a great recovery. At Elite 8 2012 the BK dancer that lost his khunde recovered nicely.

I slipped on my chaadar and fell on my ass at Bayside last week. wasnt a huge deal, guess you can all judge the recovery when the videos up.

Last year at srujun a dancer on cmus chadar came off but he managed to get off stage have it retied and cam back on. Someone went off stage to help him and all the jodis filled in the empty gaps so naturally

Virse De Waris @ Dhol Di Awaz 13 (2010)

Shorter of the pink jodi. Dudes pagh was loose the whole performance. Had the presence of mind to not only fix it throughout the performance, but fix it between segments or when he was at the back without making it too noticeable. And he didn't cut down on the nakhra/head movements because of the loose pagh. Not necessarily a mishap, but a prevention of one lol

Whoa I was just gonna cite the "worst nightmare " scenario. It truly is. Never knew it was Guriqbal!! Also Pao 2012 Mundey Dance: Gentleman named Anik saap got locked but he stood it upright and tapped it until it was unlocked again. Resumed the choreo in like 4seconds like a boss

you cant see the JJ one from front view that much but from side view you can see it.

very good recovery. It made it easy though considering that the next move was a betka

Start at 2:15, it happens at 2:18

JJ @ VPD 2011

Wow, that was a pretty impressive save. Didn't even see it on the other video.
