okay so all of a sudden the internet on my blackberry stopped working

for instance if I put in facebook.com it goes to loading, then requesting & then loading and nothing loads. All it shows is a white screen w/ the bottom saying 'loading'

help please =(

I believe a yr or so.. and t-mobile.

ahh it won't be under manufacturers warranty SO you can't get a replacement. Have you rebooted your phone by pulling the battery out of the back and placing it back in? Make sure your internet setting is turned on.

On the topic of blackberries.... some people's statuses on my bbm dont update :S like the only way I can see there updated status is by doing a battery pull

lol Gsingh i have all of this remembered from my phone issues - 5 replacements :/ damn Motorola, LG's, Samsung, and thank god I have a blackberry!

whoops, major fail!
my friend said hers started updating normally after she uninstalled and then reinstalled bbm.
