Sorry Guys,,...We are all pretty upset because we have to start all over again from scratch..Alot of hared work was put into this...Its not something we can just transfer over to the new date..But we will just have to work harder..Anyhow I hope that you guys are still able to attend. If not I understand and we will make it up to those teams..As of now November 21st looks like the best date..Let see if the facility is available..

whats your recovery in terms of the old venue, did they provide any help in relocation? I would doubt they have event insurance so my guess is you were left to take care of everything yourself? curious for future organizers in similar situations

move it to nyc, so many cheap auditoriums! (kaye playhouse, bmcc auditorium) and it's early in the semester, you could get a place for like 1,500 bucks.

Hey Guys,

Well we have tried to book other facilities for the show. unfortunetly that date I cant find anything. We have even tried the smallest facilities just to keep the show for that date. But as of right now it looks like November 21st seems to be the date. I am waiting back from various halls to hear the final word. Will def keep you all updated. We are extremely sorry again. I thought we had an excellent date and location but it didnt work due to the accident. All teams that have not replied yet regarding their status to perform on November 21st please do so by emailing me at desidhamakany@yahoo.com.

Bulldog, and Idols is somewhere in October as well I think.....

I would love to see the date to be October 24th again... but if not try to make it Nov. 21 , because there will be 2 east coast comps on the same day as it is....

Ok guys heres the thing..We are having a hell of a time get this thing done...Dont worry the show will still happen..our preference is Nov 21st right now..but we are looking for Oct 31 and Nov 7th if we can...I hope to have this whole done by this weekend..

Ok guyss...thing are getting crazy...anyhow...Right now November 7th looks more probable than Nov 21st...This stage hunting is killing us...We arent even going to try for the 14 because there will be 2 other east cost comp within 2 hours of us..It doesnt make sense..We are still trying for every effort for the 21st...but we do have a pending confirm for the 7th right now..
