The way the beginning builds up is impressive. The Dekhlo Punjabi Munde opening song just sets it up beautifully.

i really liked the beginning. This mix was definitely made to be heard during the performance, and i'm pretty sure you purposefully did this, but listening to it- I felt there were wayy too many gunshots lol. not a bad thing necessarily, just a trait of the mix that came across very definitely

DOPE. who mixed it?
I did Phumaniya, Dhamaal, Jhumar, and ending. The rest was THIS MAN!!!

And I mastered it (as best I could in acid :p )

And the intro was a lot sicker with Pappi Gill on the sher but can't be givin out exclusives so had to cut it out here. :p

i wont lie, best part was the mastering. was enjoyable to listen to a balanced mix...

seriously i may make the switch to acid just so i can finish my mixes the same way.

To be honest, I didn't have to do much. I literally just used Wavehammer's volume maximizer to limit it all to 0db (everything peaking gets crushed down to 0). The rest was all volume envelopes (which takes most of the time as you know and had already been done). Best thing is, you can use wavehammer in mixcraft (although only as a compressor but it still has the limiting capabilities built in) as a VST Plugin. I used it on the gator mix a couple of days ago just to try it and th mix sounds like 2-3x better!

And about the gunshots, I did what I could to take as many as I could out from the norcal one lol but the rest were embedded into what I had to work with and some were just needed :p
