Can't you make stuff that we can actually just like, use in our mixes for competitions? Like something actually USEFUL??!!!! geez.
just kidding man that was amazing. Jhalak Dikhla Ja HIT THE SPOTTTT. Nice use of Furr. Like I totally didn't eat anything today cuz that filled me right up. But the other hiphop song that starts out Jhalak was used too much I thought, keep it only for the beginning.
Yeh Ishq Hai and Furr and then Sexy Back is ILLLLLLLLLL. The slow song from Fanaa didn't fit in this mix though, make it it's own song. I was having all this fun and bringing sexy back then I got sad with "Mere Haath Mein" wth mang.
Transition to "Doooor jaaake" from KANK was way too abrupt man. The piano in the background there (the one u mixed in, not the one naturally part of the song) is a bit jarring too, like harmonically/note-wise theyre dissonant - i did not like. Also you start with good bhangra songs but the second half of the track seems like various Hindi songs only - keep it up with bhangra songs like put more Punjabi. I know this was just for fun/an experiment but COME ON. WHAT ARE YOU DOING

def agree w/ that. sick mix tho, especially for chillin and listening purposes. i actually liked now u added teh hindi songs, its a nice refresher to constantly listening to bhangra/punjabi haha. but yea mere haath mein and kabhi alvida na kehna (great song tho) in there kind of threw me off and the mix tapers off near the end, add more upbeat hindi stuff to complement the bhangra and hip hop.Arjun said:

FPP is the hottest, most creative, up-and-coming music remix and mix-making (?) group out there. Get pumped. FPP boys have major talent and they got some wicked stuff up their sleeves and umm.. keep checking 'em out. You will hopefully-slash-probably be hearing their work at Masti, Fusion, AVAP, all over the place. You guys will eat their stuff up 'cuz I know I play their mixes on repeat all day. Basically Folkal Point is amazing and I wish them the best.
And they are not evil

fA good mix should flow. In my opinion, a lot of things can happen in a mix, but there were times in your mix where my attention was split by two separate things happening, like in the beginning where it seemed the bollywood and bhangra were both competiting for attention.
There were times where the music flowed extremely well and it sounded amazing. But there were times where my mind couldn't concentrate on the song because two separate things trying to happen and that's bad. 3:13 was good. 0:44 with the bollywood whistling and bhangra lyrics was badly done because it seemed both were competing for the voice position at the time and they were playing at the same time. 5:16 onwards was good.
Very fun stuff the listen to and you guys are very talented. And I'm glad that my mix isn't the only one with some hindi music in it.
