I think 8 - 10 is more then enough time for freestyle teams. It drags on sometimes, and dancers get tired and it just looks bad.

What you could do is take the next best dancer on the team...move them to the empty spot in the first jodi...and then find a replacement for whatever the new empty spot is. That'll make your job easier because now you're replacing someone at like the 2nd 3rd or 4th jori instead of having to bring in a brand new dancer to take that first jodi spot.
